They offer excellent heat conduction which bakes uniformly to create crisp pastry tubes for your favourite filling. Easy-to-use, simply cut a 12cm circle of dough, wrap it around the mould and seal by brushing a little egg yolk on the overlapping edge. Drop it in hot oil and cook until golden brown. Once cooled, gently remove the tube and fill with desired filling.
