The Julienne carrot tool, designed almost 40 years ago, is easy to use, featuring stainless steel razor blades.
To use, prepare vegetables such as carrot or celery, by peeling and slicing lengthways to ensure it fits through the slicer's funnel. Push the vegetable through the funnel with short and sharp actions, before pulling the Julienne cuttings through the other side.
